A scalable digital platform supporting live, virtual, and hybrid events across the Services organization. This project paired a flexible platform with a comprehensive set of design standards and toolkits, enabling teams without dedicated design support to produce high-quality, branded experiences quickly, easily, and consistently.

Together, the Services Engagement platform and toolkits transformed event production from high-effort, one-off builds into a scalable system that elevated the quality and consistency of both digital and in-person experiences.
