Customer loyalty and satisfaction begins the moment a new lessee or driver joins the Kia family. Before we started working together, their financial services brands lacked an identity, the overall customer experience was disjointed, and costs for servicing customers were higher than the industry average.

Together with the brand we plotted the end-to-end customer journey in order to pinpoint opportunities for strategic messaging/communications throughout to keep customers engaged and service costs down.

Insistent on the idea that financing a car doesn’t have to be boring, we capitalized on the fun and irreverent nature of the Kia brand and added a heavy dose of financial nerdiness to create the Finanswers who provided the “Smartest Way to Finance” as stewards of a responsible and fulfilling relationship with your Kia.
